1. Chia seeds: Experts say they are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein and antioxidants. Chia seeds promote hair growth and help reduce breakage. It is also rich in zinc, which may help prevent hair loss.

2. Flaxseed: Flaxseed is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids and lignans, compounds proven to improve hair health. Omega-3 fatty acids help nourish hair follicles, promote hair growthreduces scalp inflammation, and lignans may help prevent hair loss.
